As a Managing Partner at Phalanx Strategy Group, he oversaw large-scale projects worth over 50 million EUR for institutions and private entities in Kosovo. His expertise includes business development, consulting, management, marketing, and more.

Previously, Arlind spearheaded successful marketing campaigns at different companies, achieving high ROAS and launching new product lines. He also developed a centralized platform integrating project management, HR, and analytics. His roles as a Board Member, Co-Founder, CEO, and PR Consultant showcase his versatility and dedication to innovative business solutions.

Arlind holds a double major as a Bsc. in Economics & Statistics, Politics & Public Policy, and a minor in International Relations from Rochester Institute of Technology and possesses strategic consulting, operations management, and market research skills. He is committed to advancing AIM’s mission to provide transformative AI solutions for business success.
